Overview
The graduate medical curriculum is oriented towards training students to undertake the responsibilities of a Physician of first contact who are capable of looking after the preventive, promotive, curative and rehabilitative aspects of medicine.

ALLOCATION OF SEATS
- Students belonging to Muslim Minority Community: 50% seats
- Students belonging to general category: 35% seats
- NRI Candidates: 15% seats (If NRI candidates are not available, the vacant seats will be filled up by the candidates from the competitive merit list and in that case NRI Fee structure shall be applicable)
- On completion of successful Internship training, selected candidates will be mandatorily required to serve the college for minimum period of one year as Junior Resident or equivalent suitable post during which they will be paid salary at par with Govt. of Bihar. Selection of candidates will be as per existing requirement of the Institution.
